Many friends ask for per tola prices which can be easily calculated by multiplying one gram price by 11.33980925. For example if price of one gram gold in January 1995 is 376 grams, one tola price will be as under; 376×11.33980925= 4263.768278 (4264 rupees approximately)

Gold rates mentioned above are for 24-ct. Today’s rate in Karachi is Rs. 40800 for 10 grams

I could not find data beyond 1995 but if you contact Pakistani news papers like Nawa-i-Waqt or Jang, they might be able to help.
